Установка Russian Multilingual User Interface
1. Открываете в Control Panel раздел Clock, Language and Region
2. Далее нажимаете в разделе Regional and Language Options кнопку Install or uninstall display languages
3. В появившемся окне нажимаете Install Languages и указываете путь к папке с lp.cab
