Portable Offline Browser поддерживает как закачку обычных Web сайтов, так и FTP, HTTPS серверов, потокового видео/аудио c MMS, RTSP, PNM, NSV (SHOUTcast) серверов. В версии 4.9 добавлены: поддержка клавиши Enter во встроенном браузере, завершение потоков ShoutCast, сохранение видео YouTube и Google с расширением .flv.
